The article is devoted to the development of methodology and approaches for a comprehensive assessment of digital maturity in an industrial enterprise using EuroChem company as an example. The chemical industry under consideration requires special attention to digitization as a means of improving business efficiency and sustainability amidst the transition to a digital economy. The study includes comparative analysis of existing domestic and foreign models of digital maturity, expert surveys (about 50 respondents), normalization and aggregation of indicators. Internal and public data from the company were used, along with sectoral publications from 2021 to 2024. As a result, an integral model for assessing digital maturity was developed, which includes five key aspects: strategy and business model, customer interaction, organizational culture and personnel, operational processes, and information technologies. Specific conclusions have been drawn regarding the level of digital maturity of the studied enterprise, critical areas for improvement have been identified, and a forecast has been made for its further development over the next five years. The results of this research are relevant for companies in the real sector of the economy, government bodies managing industry, and innovation support institutions, providing a basis for developing effective digital strategies and technology implementation roadmaps
