WELL-BEING MODEL: SYNERGY OF EFFECTS THAT DETERMINE PERSONNEL EFFECTIVENESS

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the modern holistic model of well-being of personnel as a systemic factor of organizational effectiveness. Based on the analysis of current research, an integrative scheme is proposed that demonstrates the interrelationship and mutual influence of physical, mental, emotional, social and digital well-being. It is proved that the emerging synergetic effects form a stable basis for the growth of employee engagement, productivity, innovation and loyalty. Practical recommendations are formulated for building a human resource management strategy focused on creating a proactive environment for staff potential development.
