Order of presentation and completeness of materials

 Two files shall be sent to the editor in electronic form:

•  the article (see requirements for the preparation of the article)
•  information about authors in Russian and English (download)

Materials shall be sent via the article submission form on the journal's website. Articles sent by email will not be accepted or reviewed.

Initially, two files should be sent electronically to the publisher:

The materials should be sent through the article submission form on the magazine website. Articles sent by e-mail are not accepted and not considered.

The article or its parts should not be previously published or be under consideration in other editions. The author is responsible for the consistency of information in the submitted documents.

All articles are subject to reviewing. Results of reviewing and decision of the editorial board on acceptation of the submitted article for publication in the magazine are sent to the authors by e-mail. Minor stylistic and formal corrections are made to the articles without the authors’ consent. If more serious corrections are necessary, the revision is agreed with the authors or the article is sent to the authors for the revision. The revised manuscript must be returned to the publisher within no later than 60 days together with the original (previous) version of the article and electronic version of the final text.
